As the Director of Operations and in-house Wedding Planner at BB Photo & Associates, Cindy is the guiding force behind every couple’s experience. She ensures each wedding runs seamlessly from the first consultation to the final delivery combining organization, warmth, and genuine care in every interaction. With her thoughtful communication and calm leadership, Cindy helps brides feel confident, supported, and excited throughout the planning journey.
When she’s not connecting with couples or perfecting timelines, Cindy channels her creativity into hosting her inspiring podcast, “Heart To Heart,” as well as modeling and singing. Her passion for people and storytelling shines through in everything she does, making her an essential part of what makes the BB Photo experience so unforgettable.

With a background in technology and over a decade of creative experience, Balmin combines technical precision with an artistic eye to ensure every photo, film, and client interaction reflects the highest level of quality. What began as capturing moments of his two boys at his home studio grew into a lifelong passion one that evolved into a full-fledged wedding media studio serving couples nationwide. His approach blends innovation, creativity, and genuine connection, creating a seamless experience that feels as effortless as it is beautiful.
When he’s not leading the creative direction or connecting with couples, you’ll find Balmin unwinding with episodes of The Office, spending quality time with his family, or hanging out with the family’s beloved Golden Doodle, Scarlett. His warmth, humor, and attention to detail set the tone for everything BB Photo & Associates stands for artistry, authenticity, and unforgettable stories.

Balmin, our Founder and Director of Client Relations, combines a technical eye with over a decade of photography experience to ensure every image and film exceeds expectations. Cindy, our Director of Operations and Wedding Planning, guides couples through every step of the process with warmth, clarity, and thoughtful attention to detail.

Robert brings a keen eye for creative storytelling. As our Photo & Film Manager, he ensures that your experience from shooting your moments to delivering the final polished photos and films is smooth, seamless, and stress-free. With a focus on both artistry and precision, Robert makes sure every memory is beautifully preserved, reflecting the heart of your day.
When he’s not behind the computer, Robert loves to travel and explore new cuisines with his girlfriend, always finding inspiration in new experiences and flavors. His adventurous spirit and attention to detail shine through in every frame he creates.
